Each seating inside Mattie's Tea Room is a truly rewarding and unforgettable experience.  Please review the following information carefully to ensure that your experience is as rewarding as possible.

Dress Code

Men - Button down shirt with slacks (no athletic apparel allowed)

Women - Fascinator or some type of head dress or hat

Food Sensitivities 

Our pastries and savory treats contain dairy, and they are not gluten or nut-free. Please notify us upon check-in of any food allergies or specific nutritional requirements.

Seating Times 

Please arrive and check in with the hostess at least 15 minutes prior to your seating time and be prepared to present your tickets for an optimal experience. Seating will expire after 15 minutes from seating time.

Cancellation and Reservation Changes

We understand that life happens and that it may be necessary to cancel or change a reservation. Please contact us 10 days prior to the original reservation date to cancel or change your reservation. Any cancellation requests received after the 10-day minimum advance notice will not be honored with a refund. However, your tea can be rescheduled for a different date. If you fail to attend your reservation or cancel within the 10-day, you will be charged the full price of the Mattie's Tea Experience.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once we receive your request for a refund, we will initiate an investigation of your claim and determine if your request is valid. If approved, we will initiate processing of your refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. There will be a 15% processing fee applied to all refunds.
