Voter Registration is Now Available at New Black Wall Street Market with New Georgia Project

You can now register to vote at the New Black Wall Street Market (NBWSM) thanks to a partnership with New Georgia Project, (NGP). Representatives will be available to assist NBWSM visitors with registering to vote in Stonecrest, GA every Wednesday thru Friday, 12PM - 4PM and on Saturday, 12PM - 5PM. The GDP's mission is to build power with and increase the civic participation of the New Georgia Majority—Black, Latinx, AAPI, and young Georgians—and other historically marginalized communities through nonpartisan voter registration, organizing, and advocacy on the issues important to our communities.

Your information will be kept private and confidential and will be used to further the NGPs NGPs mission driven work. Next time you are in the New Black Wall Street Market and you are still unregistered to vote, make sure you stop by the New Georgia Project table and speak with Maggie and Pam, our NGP onsite representatives. They will be happy to assist you with registering to vote.

The GNP also exists to combat voter suppression due to issues such as precinct closures and reductions to early voting periods, which have historically and disproportionately impacted communities of color.

At the New Black Wall Street Market, we are proud to provide voter registration resources to our visitors and supporters through our partnership with GNP which underscores our desire to continuously empower our community. To find out more information about NGP, visit newgeorgiaproject.org
